Chronic Diarrhea:

Persistent or recurring diarrhea lasting for several weeks, often caused by underlying medical conditions, infections, or dietary issues.

Constipation:

Difficulty in passing stools, characterized by infrequent bowel movements, hard stools, and straining, often leading to discomfort and bloating. TCM ideally views at least having one bowl movement a day.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS):

A gastrointestinal disorder causing abdominal pain, bloating, and altered bowel habits, such as diarrhea, constipation, or both.

Gastritis:

Inflammation of the stomach lining, which can cause symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and indigestion.
